Every 22nd April is Earth Day, an annual celebration around the world to show the world's support for environmental protection. It was first celebrated in 1970 and now, every year, there are different events globally organized by the Earth Day Network. This day, and some countries even have the Earth Week, is a time to remind people the importance of keeping the place we live safe. As I said, it's just a reminder, we should think about environmental issues not only that day, but more often.
We all have the obligation of taking care of the Earth, for it is what we all share and where we all live together. Without nature, we wouldn't be able to live, so it is our main duty to keep our planet clean and healthy. It is true that until now, humankind has damaged the Earth a great deal. However, not everything is lost. We can help recover it if we all join the purpose.
