Frida Kahlo quotes

Frida Kahlo (1907 – 1954) was a Mexican painter who became famous because of her awesome self-portraits. She suffered from polio when she was a little child and, as an adult, had a terrible bus accident which broke her spine and made her undergo at least 32 surgeries.

This prevented her from having a normal life and from moving for a long time. During this period she portrayed the pain she was suffering in her paintings, which ended up bringing her the fame she has nowadays, making her one of the greatest artists of all time.

However, besides her paintings, she has left us some valuable life lessons that will also help us understand the way she felt. In this article, you will find a compilation of the best Frida Kahlo quotes.
